Business Foundation Packages

Structure: Focuses on protecting business assets — This package provides structure for your business and its online presence.

Level Up: Focuses on growing business assets — This package helps to establish ownership of intellectual property and contractual relationships.

Go All In: Focuses on protecting and growing business assets — This package is a combination of the Structure and Level Up packages. It comes with a special bonus.

Ongoing Services

Outside general counsel / contract attorney services — Businesses with no general counsel or understaffed in existing law departments may seek an ongoing relationship with Barbee Law Boutique, PLLC for the firm to provide agreed upon legal services at a monthly flat rate.

Projects

One-Off — On a case-by-case basis, Barbee Law Boutique, PLLC will consider single project-based legal work or strategic advising.

Life and Legacy Services

The firm offers both one-time and ongoing life and legacy services. Life and legacy services, commonly referred to as estate planning, may include financial and medical powers of attorney, advance health care directives, HIPAA Authorizations, child care plans, wills, and trusts. The firm’s maintenance program allows you to regularly check-in with the firm on your life and legacy plan.

Life and Legacy Planning Packages

Life Plan: Focuses on protection during your life — This plan allows you to appoint one or more individuals to handle your affairs in the event that you are unable to do so.

Legacy Plan: Focuses on protection during and after your life — This plan goes beyond the life plan by allowing you to detail your wishes for after your life. It is a will-based plan that includes the offerings from the life plan.

Wealth Plan: Focuses on protection during and after your life — This plan goes beyond both the life and legacy plans by creating a trust to own and manage your assets. The Wealth Plan includes the offerings from the life and legacy plans.

Ongoing Services

Membership Program — An estate plan is not a one-and-done plan. An estate plan is meant to evolve and be revisited as you continue your life. Barbee Law Boutique, PLLC offers a membership program to allow you to ask questions during the year, evaluate the need for changes, and include certain revisions.
